The Readings come from the Contemporary English Version (CEV) of the Holy Bible, and Copyright is held by the American Bible Society, 1995. I am not a member of the Australian Performing Rights Association and I decline to assert the right to receive any performance fee. Music bed is supplied by Free Up Down Under - Royalty Free Music, and comes from PBTM Productions, Volume A/B, Best of Contemporary/Variety tracks, Volumes 1 and 2. There are no performance rights payable on these readings or their music bed. Your radio station manager may need to be advised of the royalty-free status of these recordings. I suggest that it is not appropriate to acknowledge the reader when the recording is broadcast. It is The Message that is important - not the reader. The Program Presenter is advised to tell the audience the Bible Reference and play the selected track.
